Very professional and movers did a great job. They took care to put blankets on the floor as it was a rainy day to prevent getting our floors dirty. They were very competitively priced and were great value for money. Would definitely use again 😊

Alan and the team were prompt everyday and worked hard to move my belongings into storage and my new home. Lot of practical advice given. Very helpful. Unfortunately it was a day of a storm so moving took longer than expected but the guys carried on until the job was done.

My daughter’s move was at very short notice and they managed to sort out a team for her move. They were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Very friendly and helpful to my daughter and myself. (Mum) I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Arrived on time, were professional and proficient

They refused to take several items, one excuse was for health and safety reasons, ie the wardrobes were too big and heavy to carry, also the tv unit and my mum's bed. It was beyond a joke, they refused to take my mums washing machine, as it was not on the list, my list was a rough guide from memory not at all exclusive. I was so upset, I asked if they would take the washing machine instead of the tumble dryer. They refused. They harassed me for the out standing balance, to the point I had to drive home and use Internet banking, I had tried to give my mum directions over tge phone to access my online banking but she was unable to do it, due to her dementia. As I arrived home at lunchtime this was no sooner had I sat down they were calling me firvthe balance. I was not happy, I am disabled and I had to dismantle the wardrobes, bed and tv unit before they would take them. They argued as they couldn't wait for me to dismantel the items. The guy was rude, with a condescending tone.

Very polite and helpful all the way through. They have all the gear to protect your belongings and worked efficiently.

The team were, accommodating, very hard working, and curtious. A nice bunch of guys. The lorry was stacked right to the roof. The move was quite a distance, and everything made it undamaged .overall a very good job.
