How did you start your business?

I started Move Masters after having 15 years experience, Knowing I could do better than the previous companies I had worked for. In the last 3 years I have built a removal company with 5 vehicles, A packing department and a cleaning department, We have moved people all over the UK, Including the Scottish highlands.

Our services standout due to Attention to detail, going above and beyond for our customers, and providing a full service taking away the stress, we also communicate clearly and effectively from start to finish. We explain every aspect that a removal entails, We provide a detailed moving plan, explain all services offered clearly without any hidden fees. We also advise on how to declutter effectively to ensure downsizing where required.

What is your top advice for your customers?

1. Build a relationship with your removal company as soon as possible. 2. Ensure all valuable items are packed correctly to avoid damages when in the boxes you are using. 3. Makes sure all aspects of your move is explained by your removal company. 4. Make sure any removal company who gives you a quote is fully insured and has the correct vehicles to carry out your move.
