I have been very well dealt with since Ian visited me to quote, and I have spoken with him several times in person, by phone, by email and text, and he has answered my queries well and dealt satisfactorily with a payment problem I encountered, as did Amy in the office. The removal staff (Darren and Dave in Worcs, Matt in Devon and Griff in both locations) were very professional, polite and good humoured and went out of their way to help with a couple of minor glitches that occurred.
