All went well before day of the move unfortunately there was a delay in getting the keys . At 3 the lady in the office was harnessing me over the phone and told me if we didn't get the keys shortly all of our stuff would be put in storage and they didn't have another slot for a week. They also charge 70pound a hour extra after 3 that is vaguely I'm small print with no amount stated . Got the keys at 4 and guys were finished at 5 50 . The lads were brilliant but really ruined our experience. Moving is stressful enough without this added stress which was out of our control

The company successfully moved my piano from one home to another. The guys were early at first location but were delayed arriving at my house. I had explained the occasional difficulty following the Sat nav but this was not communicated to the driver unfortunately. Thankfully this was the only hitch and the piano was safely installed in my home.
