Booked a service 2 weeks in advance for 11am - 3pm because I had a friend volunteed for helping but I promised them they could leave by 3:30pm. The day before the service they called me if I could change the time to 9am - 1pm. Obviously not, I planned 2 weeks ago. I couldn't just change the schedule in the last minute. I said no and they said see you tmr at 11am. Guess what? They showed up at 1:40pm. They said their pervious job had a building with no lift service. Well well well. How's that an excuse for a 160 mins delay? They obviously had double-booked the same time slot with another customer other than me. That's why they called last night to ask me to change the time to 9am. They said they would make up the time lost but they couldn't. The job was finished after 4:00pm that day, more than 60 mins later than what was agreed. Also, in order to catch up the time lost, they did not handle my belongings as carefully as they should had. They broke one handle of my luggage, two clothes

Stressful! Don't know why they call themselves removals. From start to finish they moaned about everything, I had to do a lot of the lifting myself. I was in tears twice. The worst experience of my life. They dragged out the time, which was very convenient as they are paid by the hour. At one point my partner spoke to the guy in charge and offered him £100 extra just to hurry up and get the job done. There was no care in lifting, damaged pieces of furniture. Had to pay friends to help them unload at my destination, just to get rid of them. Don’t use these cowboys.

Took quite a bit longer than I’d expected, but it was finally done. Other than that and the showing up late, all was good.

Smooth move last week

I will never move myself again, MR BEE and specifically the team of lads we had were amazing. We moved everything from our very full 2 bedroom flat on just 2 trips and 3 hours. That would have taken me all day and as many friends as I could wrangle. Never again. Highly recommended to anyone. A fair price and great work thank you.

Very bad, they increase the price and explain it to you later, not before, I do not recommend it to anyone, apart from the company's workers, they increase the price more and want you to give it to them in cash in hand.
