What a super experience we had moving with the help of Tom and his team. Nothing was too much trouble from first visit to the actual move itself. Helpful and friendly with great suggestions and tips. The whole day went smoothly with no fuss or bother. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks guys.

Tom and his team were prompt, efficient, courteous, quite unbelievably accommodating and kind (the move was prompted by divorce, so that really made a difference). I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and his team to anyone undertaking a house move, irrespective of the circumstances. He made the whole difficult process one less thing to worry about.

How did you start your business?

I was looking for a career change and bumped into someone who asked me to help out with his removal company. I feel back in love with it as I had done removal work previously but knew the only way for me going forward would be to start my own company and then I would be able to run it the way I wanted. So in August 2022 that's what I did.

What makes your services standout?

One of the reason why my company stands out is I take great pride in being am owner operator which mean's I will be there for the initial home survey and am also likely to be on there on the actual day of the move. I only have experienced removal operatives work for me and don't use any agency staff. We all fully understand that we are moving customers life-long belongings and the likely case is some of these items will have sentimental value so we all take this responsibility seriously.

What is your top advice for your customers?

I always advise customers to have a good sort out before the move. I see on some occasions lots of items planned to get rid of after they have moved everything over into the new property. Which in allot of cases would mean less staff/vans on moving day which could save you money. Also if you are using larger boxes try not to overpack them to heavy and if possible use smaller boxes for books, bottles etc
