After choosing MD1 Removals, the whole process was made a lot easier by Daniel and his colleagues. The communication with Daniel was excellent from the video survey to questions about the service and move. He answered all of my queries promptly and assured me not to worry if there were any problems with packing, that they could help on the day. And on the day of moving, they arrived on time with all equipment needed and treated our belongings with care.

Could not have asked for more in terms of quality of service and value for money. All belongings were carefully packed the day before. On day of moving, the team were efficient and friendly - ensuring everything went ahead trouble free. Would highly recommend.

Their communications were excellent by e-mail and phone. Responded quickly to questions. Half day job, I was informed how they were getting on. The small removal was conducted with the minimum of fuss and was delivered in good time. I paid immediately the job was completed. The only slight negative that I haven’t received the receipt that was mentioned.
