BSM Removals

BSM were brilliant from the first phone call and through the many date changes, my move was from Manchester to Birmingham on the hottest day ever,and the three removal men can't be praised highly enough for the way they worked, I would totally recommend BSM

Three burley men turned up at my house half an hour before they said they would which was fantastic! They got straight to work and were extremely efficient and well mannered. They made the stress of moving so much easier. Would 100% recommend.

They arrived at the exact time stated and loaded everything quickly but carefully into the van. A very old IKEA TV stand came apart when it was lifted up - they repaired it so that it could be moved. The move was to a 2nd floor flat with no lift, but they accepted that cheerfully and had a very efficient system to get everything upstairs and into the flat. They made sure that all items were placed in the rooms I wanted them in. The team of three were very friendly, polite and cheerful throughout and nothing seemed too much trouble. My emails to the company before the move were always answered very promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BSM to anyone who is moving. Whilst initially I thought the price quoted for the move was expensive, I was very pleased that I decided to use them. I felt it was money well spent.
