DX removals

DX was one of the recommended companies to do my International house removal.Their website says 'RELAX,we have this covered' It has been the most STRESSFUL and WORST experience I have ever had when moving homes.I paid them in full on 1st September and they completely failed to collect my belongings on 9th September.Their employee said he didn't have the time and materials to collect and pack my stuff.I just received an email saying sorry our sub-contractor let us down, then they disappeared and never heard anything from them for a few days.I had to arrange emergency services for a van/self storage unit as I needed to vacate my flat over the weekend.This cost me a lot more money.I notified them of the situation and how much their failure cost me, after a few days they said they were going to refund my payment and extra costs and it's passed a month and NOTHING,NO MONEY BACK,THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE/IGNORE MY MESSAGES they have dissapeared with my money and I'm still stucked it the UK
