We had been let down for our move to France just before the weekend. It was very last minute, we needed to move on the Monday. I asked for a quote online on the Friday morning and Chloé from Came-Ro Removals gave me a phone call. Nothing was too much for them. Chloe sent me all the paperwork for customs on the Friday afternoon before leaving the office and the team came to pickup our belongings on the Monday afternoon. Everything was handled so well and everyone was so lovely and helpful. I can not recommend enough. All our belongings arrived at the french address three days later. I would definitely use them again if we need to move more of our things.

Came Ro quoted the best price compared to other removal companies for my partial load removal from the UK to the South of France. Communication with their office was easy and they are extremely reactive. The whole process was very smooth and I got to define my pick up and delivery dates without any hassles. All my boxes were in very good condition when they arrived.

The move was smooth and efficient - just on time out and in. The cost was about 2.5 times lower than competition, we were worrying if it will lower standards - but everything went good. The packing process was fast and efficient, I only been surprised with a trick: they haven’t found packing for 65” TV, but used two smaller packing to make safe packing. By stuff has been delivered before promised time. I’ve got no questions or bills from customs. Highly recommend!

I could not have had a better service. Everything, from inventory, collection through delivery went very smoothly. They took charge of all paperwork for customs approval. Items were delivered only 6 days after collection.

I was a little put off by some negative reviews. But they seem to be written by people who had not read and understood the Terms & Conditions. Came-Ro gave me excellent service. All my questions were answered promptly; good contact was maintained for the pickup and delivery and there were no hidden extra costs. I am happy to recommend them.
