I made the request late Thursday evening to move on Friday - Jim was in touch straight away - was really reassured that he was there to help The driver was delayed on the Friday due to bad traffic and was very apologetic about this. Got everything over to Clapham easy, the driver ways very nice, very chatty Despite the late arrival time which they apologized for, no issues at all, was happy to have someone help me out at such short notice
