“Incompetent”
Late, sent a tiny van, refused to send another, lots of furniture damaged, their solution was to do multiple trips and leave furniture in the garden which I eventually had to do as it was a house sale which they were told numerous times which meant I didn't have keys to the new house and sale would have fallen through if house wasn't cleared but was torrential rain and the majority of my furniture is now either totally ruined or very badly water damaged for sitting out. No covers for furniture, no idea how to pack a van. Slid my fridge freezer down 21 stairs on its back. They are an awful company

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Now, 13 years on, we’ve celebrated some incredible milestones including helping over three million customers as well as saving 49 million kilograms of CO2!
What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
