£414 FOR 2 SHORT TRIPS THEY DIDNT MOVE ALL MY STUFF AS HAD TO DO 8 TRIPS WITH MY CAR WITH THE REST. GUYS WERE NICE. HAD 2 BREAKAGES

Having reviewed your booking, we cannot see that we were contacted regarding the concerns you raised. As our service is inventory based, only items included in the booking can be moved. Damage must be reported within 7 days to be reviewed, and as we haven’t received this, we’re unable to investigate further at this stage. “Not impressed”
Underestimated the amount of items to move, so cost went up £900.Damaged or broken several items, piled up boxes on top of each other, making it impossible for me to get them down. Contents of fridge are in boxes which I can’t find, so that’s going to be lovely and rotten when I find it.one damaged display case left on driveway, too heavy for me to lift.

We’re sorry that the additional costs on the day had such a negative impact on your experience. We’re also sorry to hear about the damage mentioned. “Removal review”
Turned up early. Loaded quickly then went away to do another uplift contrary to my agreed deal. Damaged a chair seat cover without declaring it.Headboard damaged too. 10% refund paid within 2 days for not adhering to deal. Claim in consideration for damage to chair and a headboard. Even with these slight damages reasonably happy. If they’d collected and did a straight delivery I would have been happier.
“Very disappointing”
Very stressful experience. None of the agreed timescales were met. On collection day they arrived more than 6 hours late and the next day they were more than 3 hours late delivering. I paid for a packing service but due to their lateness, we packed every box ourselves. The promised tracking service was only on one of the two days. Wouldn’t recommend.

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
