We know how distressing it is to discover damage to your belongings, as we always aim to handle every item with the utmost care. Regrettably, no contact regarding this damage was made with our office within our required reporting period following your move. Because our transport providers operate on strict timelines for insurance claims, we do require any damage to be reported to us directly within this window so we can immediately launch an investigation and open a claim on your behalf. As this time frame has now passed, we are unfortunately unable to open a formal claim. How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Now, 13 years on, we’ve celebrated some incredible milestones including helping over three million customers as well as saving 49 million kilograms of CO2!
What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
