Our internal logs from the day show that the transport team encountered a major issue when trying to move your bed bases, as the clearance between the staircase and the ceiling was too tight to safely fit them through. Despite trying to maneuver them, the team had to leave the items on the ground floor to prevent any property damage. Punctual and organized but make sure you aren’t rushed to reserve before knowing All the items that need to be moved. We were charged a surcharge for additional items that was quite high because of this error on our part

“eBay Collection”
Compact dropleaf table from Banbury to Brampton, Cambridgeshire. Cheapest rate if slot is specified by driver on morning of collection. eBay buyer was reasonably happy with this. Table arrived in the evening. Important to ask for collection code to be on driver's Job Sheet and speak to driver in the morning to point this out. Overall went surprisingly smoothly for seller and buyer.

“Absolutely terribl—would leave - stars if I could”
The sales agent persuaded me to book the “premium” service with promises that an “elite” team would be booked for the job. When the movers arrived, they refused to move anything not on the inventory list (despite the sales guy saying this wouldn’t be an issue with the premium service), plus failed to move two items that were on the inventory list, randomly chucked everything in half full boxes, partially packed only two rooms out of five. Literally could not have been worse. AnyVan did nothing to help and I had to hire a second removal company the following day to finish the job. Avoid at all costs!

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
