They stole my money. I told them, which they agree , that I could only move after 5pm. They sent a driver at 3pm. I asked for a refund which they have refused. They say it's because I didn't want to pay an extra £28. But they still took my money and sent a driver when they knew I couldn't be there. Will tell everyone about this matter.

The moving was Stress free

They turned up 1hr 10 mins late with no communication. I had to ring them. They were not going to remove the settee because it had feet on it. Not happy because they had to take them off. Delivered to next address tried a couple of times then said they couldn't get it through the door my husband had to move it with the older man because the young one couldn't lift it Apart from all that it was moved eventually.

Driver arrived on time, very obliging and helpful, move completdd with minimum of fuss. Would recommef AnyVan

Fantastic and professional

We had one item to collect from a location 38 miles away. The two guys allocated to us obviously had no training whatsoever in how to manoeuvre a large piece of furniture. They failed to arrive at the pickup point or the Ultimate destination within the timeslots we were given. We were able to track their journey, and when we noticed they’d stopped for long periods of time at certain points (there was very little traffic) we tried to contact them to see if they were lost, but they were uncontactable. On the one occasion they answered the phone, it was very difficult to communicate clearly as they didn’t speak English. Altogether it made a process that should have been straightforward, into a difficult and stressful one. The trouble is that Anyvan subcontract drivers that they obviously don’t assess properly, so you don’t know what you’re getting. Director is ‘not customer facing’, but customer services handled our complaint efficiently.
