“Bad decision using Any Van.”
Damaged furniture & broke a window. Never use them again. They use sub contractors who aren't vetted and don't have the correct equipment or experience to move people.
“Home removal”
They came at 3pm for a house removal from Wales to west midlands with a small van which wasn't big enough for all my belongings.i had to pay the driver more money to put extra in his van.my daughter luckily had a van which she put some of my things in I had to fill my small Citroen c1 .but had to leave a lot of my belongings there.i wouldn't recommend them they should have sent me a itinerary list two days before so they would be sure to send appropriate vehicle but didn't when I phoned to ask about it they said it didn't matter.items were broken I'm still unpacking as I'm on my own at 80.yrs of age and found other damaged items.

Booked van for between 9 and 10, expected them to ve prompt cos it was so hot. Didnt turn up. I rang them 10.15 and said got no drivers ( id booked and paid for it 3 weeks earlier) 1.15 i rang again and they told me i had to " reschedule" my move. Im an elderly woman, moving on my own, the new people had arrived in tbeir van wating to get in, i was distraught and crying. Then 2.30 a van from a differentbremovals, Dragon removals turned up. They were good, wish id gone to them ist, prob half the price ! Anyvans quote kept goung up too, started at £382 but the funal price was £511. I was only moving to a 1 bed park home 7 miles away. Anyvan gave me £35 compensation, but all.my food in freezer boxes was ruined, i was totally distressed, and id arranged a cleaner to come after my furniture had gone, but she couldnt get in to do it, abd my ex landlord is witholding my £650 deposit. Never use a firm.like that again

Very professionnal and friendly
“Not too bad”
The driver did not comunícate much with us, after us chasing him, he couldnt gave us an exact pick Up day, and delivery arrived a day later, again with no conmunication, and a few hours delayed to when they said. Good thing IS that everything arrived in good condition, even tho, mixed with the other moving.I had to review It myself as the driver missed 3 of my boxes. Other than that, not bad.

“Move to worksop”
I was quoter 1,539 after they had filled the van i was told a further cost of £223 was needed.I must admit i thought that was very unfair but had to pay it or they wouldnt have taken everything to the new property.

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty.
