“Dont use this company, they are dubious”
Where do I start from for this awful company. The person who contacted me to do the booking (Ryan) did the exact opposite of everything i asked him to book. The dates were wrong and the location was wrong, they asked me to pay extra money for their own mistake on the moving day or cancel and forfeit half of my deposit. I paid an extra 400 pounds to have the times set which was never mentioned in the numerous calls exchanged. Make sure you have everything in writing before doing anything with this company, do not book over the phone and request an email to confirm everything said before you give them your money else they will deny ever saying what they said over the phone. The driver was patient although I had scratches on my fridge, center table and my hoover was broken but I could not fault the driver Rafat for how patient and kind he was. A very useless and money grabbing company. Every item costs money,to change date costs money so be careful when dealing with these people!!

Fast, my only worry was we didn’t get the keys til the afternoon and the guys had another job in. But luckily it worked out
“Disgusting”
At every opportunity I expressed my concern the van would be too small, as there was no pre-visit. I was right, because the driver had been given the wrong information. The driver did his best to SQUASH everything, but this was at a cost of a piece of furniture. They WILL NOT compensate me for this despite the overwhelming evidence I have provided. I am taking it to Trading Standards. DO NOT USE. They are just a mediator between van owners and customers, they are not a removals company, and don't seem to care about customers.

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Now, 13 years on, we’ve celebrated some incredible milestones including helping over three million customers as well as saving 49 million kilograms of CO2!
What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
