A moving company started with good price choices,very detailed conversion smoothly on line service,but the moving team was a different team, they don't offer with on line video what they offered,and they require additional fees after I paid on line. So the end I had to pay 30% more then got my moving done.The experience was not pleasant.

Very Quick and Efficient

It was ok. On the day the assigned team couldn’t make it due to an issue on another move and I was offered for them to return the next day which on a chain sale just wouldn’t work, another team were assigned who did a good job. I’d say my expectations were higher due to experience a few years ago.

They arrived very early before I had the keys. It was very stressful as they said they would have to charge me for extra time, which was very expensive. If they had arrived on time there wouldn't have been a problem. Luckily the keys arrived in time. They were very quick but they broke the casters off 2 of my craft filing cabinets (which them must have known about as they didn't stand upright). They couldn't take my garden furniture, I was aware they might not be able to but it had been calculated in the cost and I haven't had a refund. They also managed to stand on my ceiling fan light despite both my daughters trying to stop the man stepping back. I wont know if thats okay until the electrician can come and put it up for me. They also dumped their rubbish from their cab by my doorstep. For some reason that really upset me, if they had asked i would have taken it but to just leave it, that's rude. I have only just got my WiFi set up so I haven't been able to contact them yet.

The movers were good but not the company. They charged me an extra £200 as they sent a van on the day. They argued that’s what I booked them for. Won’t be recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience, should not advertise as a removal company, did not provide the service they promised.

No issues with the van drivers whatsoever. I do have big issues though with Anyvan themselves. The van that arrived on moving day was far too small to move the house contents,despite the inventory being meticulously undertaken by myself..Anyvqn suggested that my inventory was incorrect.I subsequently had to stay another night in the house I was vacating. A second van came the next day to pick up the residual house contents .As one of the remaining items was the bed I had to ,despite paying a dismantling and reassemble charge ,dismantle it myself . The reason being it was only itemised on the first days removal ,not on the second. £50 down the drain . Please don't use this company ,they don't deserve to be in business

I made the mistake on my part that when I booked the move, I forgot to distinguish what was upstairs and what was downstairs which in turn changed the price. It might be helpful to make the inventory booking system a bit clearer as our wardrobe was not able to be moved upstairs on a last minute basis. However the movers who helped us were really helpful despite the mix up.

The guys were amazing and very patient as our move was not the easiest as we didn't receive our keys until almost evening time.
