The original removal man Muhammad left me sitting for 4 hours in the cold then came to me and said he couldn't do it as he had other stuff in the van . Issac was assigned to it the next day along with another guy ( sorry didn't get his name) and they were great

The people who turned up were rude. They didn't try to take care with my items. When I explained they had put a cabinet upside down they argued with me. Absolutely terrible service.
“Do your own research”
I regret choosing this company for my move. The vehicle recommended to me was far too small for what needed to be transported, which created unnecessary stress on the day. The sales representative was very pushy and keen to secure the booking quickly. I trusted his advice, which in hindsight was a mistake. Once the job was confirmed, Anyvan seemed to distance themselves entirely from the process and shifted all responsibility onto the assigned moving company. Unfortunately, the movers themselves appeared to have very little information about the job and were clearly unprepared. As a result, I had to arrange additional transport at the last minute, which caused further disruption and significantly increased my costs. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to do their own research before booking. In many cases, you may find the same or even better service through local man-with-a-van groups on Facebook, often at a much more reasonable price.

“House move”
Good customer service worked quick did collection and delivery within the hour. Just left set set drawers in bedroom doorway and i had to move to side.

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost.
