“Not a happy experience”
Original quote was totally underestimated. Van was too small and unsuitable requiring a second round trip of 50 miles and more expense.

“Bad movers”
Everything was ready for them to move. Left a lot of marks on the hallway while moving out. Left a hole in the wall. When I tried to claim on the little bits and pieces the movers rang me back in an aggressive manner claiming the damage was already there. And said he was gonna come back to see me. I decided to repair it my self. As not worth the hassle of arguing or fighting over. Poor movers. I did a better job on my own when moving in. Anyvan costumer service was good.

“Good move”
The guys who done the move were top draw Dorinel was the name of one of them I can't remember the name of the other! They were careful and did a good job! My only issue is I had to pay xtra £40 for two settees which were recliners which I was not told there would be a charge for plus another charge for items I had requested when I initially booked but were not on the inventory which was sent!!

pressured me into giving him extra money through paypal. complained about his job for 15 minutes about miscommunication and how he wants to be home. made me feel uneasy, dropped my boxes ect. it was a lot of money as i was homeless and moving into somewhere and i felt mistreated.

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
