“Do your own research”
I regret choosing this company for my move. The vehicle recommended to me was far too small for what needed to be transported, which created unnecessary stress on the day. The sales representative was very pushy and keen to secure the booking quickly. I trusted his advice, which in hindsight was a mistake. Once the job was confirmed, Anyvan seemed to distance themselves entirely from the process and shifted all responsibility onto the assigned moving company. Unfortunately, the movers themselves appeared to have very little information about the job and were clearly unprepared. As a result, I had to arrange additional transport at the last minute, which caused further disruption and significantly increased my costs. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to do their own research before booking. In many cases, you may find the same or even better service through local man-with-a-van groups on Facebook, often at a much more reasonable price.

Good customer service worked quick did collection and delivery within the hour. Just left set set drawers in bedroom doorway and i had to move to side.

“You get what you pay for”
Not experienced workmen although they worked hard. Kept adding additional charges yet never making valid reductions!

“Total Rip off!”
They stole my money. I told them, which they agree , that I could only move after 5pm. They sent a driver at 3pm. I asked for a refund which they have refused. They say it's because I didn't want to pay an extra £28. But they still took my money and sent a driver when they knew I couldn't be there. Will tell everyone about this matter.

The booking was made for collection anytime between 12pm and 8pm, and the team arrived at 3:47pm. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, you weren’t prepared to move, and after waiting 15 minutes, he had to continue with the rest of the bookings on his schedule. If you were only available after 5pm, the correct approach would have been to select a collection time from 5pm onwards when making the booking. AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment.
