“You get what you pay for”
Not experienced workmen although they worked hard. Kept adding additional charges yet never making valid reductions!

“Total Rip off!”
They stole my money. I told them, which they agree , that I could only move after 5pm. They sent a driver at 3pm. I asked for a refund which they have refused. They say it's because I didn't want to pay an extra £28. But they still took my money and sent a driver when they knew I couldn't be there. Will tell everyone about this matter.

Hi Les, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that no money was taken incorrectly. The booking was made for collection anytime between 12pm and 8pm, and the team arrived at 3:47pm. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, you weren’t prepared to move, and after waiting 15 minutes, he had to continue with the rest of the bookings on his schedule. If you were only available after 5pm, the correct approach would have been to select a collection time from 5pm onwards when making the booking. How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
