“House move”
They arrived on time they only took what was on their list no extra's were allowed Some items they would not take that was on the list as they were not taken apart and flat packed by myself which i was unaware of this had to be done. But they were friendly.
“Legend Removals Rouges”
The cost was 4500 pounds for a ford Luton van with a pay load of 1 tonne what turned up on the day was a filthy high dome Ford transit that was not possible to transport the goods, the driver assured me that he could arrange another vehicle that turned up almost full with another person’s goods. The first van took some of my goods which he assured me that the goods would arrive undamaged as they had covers for all and left , the second vehicle’s driver and myself re stacked the other person’s goods too make room for the balance off my goods this took us over an hour, when I arrived in Spain the delivery drivers asked me to ping my location, my address is Calla Pensamiento 54 Torreblanca Fuengirola when I pinged my location both vans were in the north of Spain 500 miles away .Never new there is a Costa Del Sol in the north of Spain eventually they arrived the following morning, no removal trolley we improvised by using a large storage box with wheels tied a large set of my steps to it
“Helpful staff”
Very impressed by the communication in the run up to the move. Unfortunately, on the day, we only had one transit van due to another vehicle being in for repair. However the guys did multiple trips to make up for it and were lovely, it just made the whole day a lot longer and more stressful for us (and them!)

The driver and helper were friendly and did a good job. Helped me a lot. I didn't have to worry about anything. They arrived on time and were professional. Thank you.

“Rip Off”
Feel ripped off will not reccomend them to anyone, had to pay someone to move what they wouldn't even though it was on the inventory, Cowboy without a clue

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Now, 13 years on, we’ve celebrated some incredible milestones including helping over three million customers as well as saving 49 million kilograms of CO2!
What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
