The van I booked did not arrive on time and as such I had to cancel on the day and complete my move myself

Diver looked like didn't want to do job . Things got abit heated over the size of wardrobes and things not on the list. All heavy oak furniture. We understood once things where explained. Asked them if could start and take what paid for . It was a couldn't care less approve from them. Things got heated. They drove away job not done and company refused to us a refund.

Very disappointing experience. The sales process was extremely pushy, with the focus seeming to be on getting an agreement rather than understanding my actual requirements. I had a large number of items to move, yet there was no proper survey or assessment of the volume of work involved. Everything was based on estimates, which ultimately proved to be inaccurate. By the time the removal vehicle arrived, it was significantly smaller than what was required and couldn’t accommodate everything. As a result, I had to arrange and pay for a second trip to complete the move. This could have been avoided if the job had been properly assessed from the outset. I would strongly recommend that the company focus less on securing the booking and more on accurately understanding the customer’s requirements. A proper survey would have made a significant difference and saved both time, inconvenience and additional cost.

The removal men were very good. However, it was booked for between 8-10am. I got a phone call at 07.45am the day of my move and was advised that they had tried to get hold of my driver who wasn’t responding so were having to arrange different removals people who came from Leeds and they were having to come to Lincolnshire. They arrived not long before 11am. As it states that I would have been charged £118 for a half an hour delay, I have requested some compensation.

Did the job as expected in good time

The drivers turned up too early without notice, dismantled an item I didn't want nor need dismantling, refused to dismantle an item I clearly booked to be dismantled and charged me £60 extra, van was not clean and too small to take all booked items had to personally hire another van got no refunds. Mishandled and damage an expensive item clearly labelled FRAGILE because they wanted to ramp all items into this incredibly small van and drove off when the broken item was discovered. Then refused to move items to labelled rooms and reluctantly reassembled the item I didn't authorise dismantling. Terrible Terrible experience and still waiting for claims made on broken item as clearly I won't be getting any communication regards the overall terrible service. Will never ever recommend. Self drive would have saved me the headache they caused me.

My stuff were intact upon delivery which I feared since I realised it was being carried alongside other customers stuff. The driver and mover were polite and respect.

They turned up an hour later than scheduled. I didn't get two vans with 3 men as I was foretold. I had one van with two guys. Guys were efficient at loading and unloading, so no complaints about them at all.

Sam and Kryz. Both were extremely helpful
