“DISASTROUS”
TWO GUYS ARRIVED IN A VAN I WOULDNT HAVE TAKEN TO A CAMP SITE - TOO SMALL AFTER I SUGESTED WE NEEDED TWO VANS. TRUE WE MAY HAVE UNDER COUNTED THE BOXES BUT THEY WERE VERY SMALL PLASTIC BOXES. I COMPLAINED AFTER THE MOVE AND WAS TOLD THEY MADE AN OFFER OF 30% ON OUR NEXT MOVE...I REPLIED I WOULDNT USE THEM IF THEY MADE AN OFFER OF 100%!!!

The whole process (which can be very stressful) went very smoothly with brilliant communication from both the company and John, our driver. Not what I thought it would be AT ALL… how can anyone number the total of items including boxes etc online and then ONLY those to be taken if it was on the list? Under enough stress as it was!!…. Thank goodness a wonderful friend was able to help out.

Inspired with confidence of tele-sales. Forced to overpay for items actual people doing the move refused to move as they knew nothing about them. Movers were lovely, tried their best but were an elderly couple All in all very stressful experience when we paid for professional removals firm. Just glad it's all over except for trying to recoup monies owed.

My stuff had to go into storage instead of to my new place straightaway but Anyvan were able to deal with that. They need more customer service staff as there was always a long wait to speak to anyone

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
