Took 2 set screws used to hang TV on its stand admitted they were still in his pocket and when i asked that i would pay the postage he did not help.TV still needs 2 set screws. Broke a lower piece off cabinet which i shall have to repair. Not helpful at all. Wrong choice of removal firm.arrived withiut roll of bubblewrap and boxes paid for at time of booking.we then had to wait 2 hours while these were fetched. Unsatisfactory expereience !!!!!

“Actual removal-fab, Anyvan service woeful”
You need to be very clear when booking whether packing boxes are required. I paid for the Premium service and despite informing i didn’t have boxes, they were not included. The removals team (sub-contract) were very good & we found a way forward. It was absolutely not what i was guaranteed and expected. Of note: everyone i spoke to had English as (at least) a second language, which if I’m honest complicated the process of booking immensely

They arrived over 3 hours late meant to arrive 9am to pack up the house as we needed to be out by 12 for new folk moving in 12.30 is when they came hadn't been told it was a full packing service my client is disabled which is why we paid for what we were told was a premium service the van they brought was to small so I had to take 3 car loads then refused to take the couch out as they said it wouldn't fit through the door so we had to attempt it ourselves then they decided to help when I phoned the office to complain about times and explained that we would now have to pay the cost of the other folks extra van hire time I was told well I'm sure it won't be that much next day I got an email offering me a £35 refund what a joke I paid almost £1000 for a service they did not deliver there was also 2 cupboards they hadn't even touched they are cowboys certainly not professionals

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
