“Appalling and extremely distressing experience.”
My experience was appalling and I would advise anyone/everyone not to use this company. First they cancelled the day before agreed move stating a family emergency. It was too late to find anyone else at such short notice so we rearranged to move two days later. They turned up on the day but left shortly afterwards saying they had to drop someone at the station and would be back soon. They never returned and left me and my partner and two children, surrounded by boxes on the curb. We could not understand what had happened as there was no indication they would not return I tried to contact them after half an hour but they would not answer. There has been no explanation for this extremely distressing experience.

Hello The day before the move was cancelled because my wife had miscarried, also I agreed to turn up a couple days later with my colleague to do your over but when we turned up the place was a complete mess, everything was in plastic bags all over the floor all opened, the place was hardly packed. we explained this to you and said that its going to have to be extra as we quoted on a certain amount of hours but because of the state of the place the job was going to take at least double what we estimated all because you were not so honest. we also turned up and you said you forgot to tell us about the white goods in the property. after you refused and got aggressive with us we decided to get out of the situation and leave the premises as you was very very aggressive towards us. in the end i hope your move did work but Many Thanks Oliver
