How did you start your business?
I initially trained as a integrated humanistic counsellor and after several years of working. within this sector i decided it was time for a career change. i took the leap of faith & brought my first van and all the necessary insurance i.e haulage insurance, public liability, goods in transit. In 2010 i set up my own business as a relocation specialist and have not looked back since . Over the years i have done various types of relocations varying from domestic to commercial
What makes your services standout?
As a team we strive to do our very best for each customer . i value the fact that i believe i should handle every persons items as if they were my own items. i strive to incorporate this value into every one that works alongside me too. i believe that you must have passion to do this career otherwise you won’t succeed. i love what i do and enjoy all aspects of my work
What is your top advice for your customers?
the best advice i can give to potential customers is make sure that you and the person you book with are clear on all aspects of the relocations. In my experience this is important to ensuring that all expectations are fulfilled and that the boundaries are clear from the start. Also look for reviews regarding the company - ensure that reviews are genuine . Finally ensure that the company has all relevant insurance in order to complete the job
