About the company
Nomad International specialises in removals to Greece, including all of the Greek islands. Nomad is the only registered British removal company specialising in Greece. Members of the British Association of Removers and holders of British Standard 8564 in Overseas Moving, Nomad has been conducting removals to and from Greece for 17 years. Nomad provides full export packing services, storage, insurance and more. We use overland (road) transport to Greece which is much faster and more reliable.

How did you start your business?
Nomad started in 2002, specialising in European removals but we quickly developed a focus on Greece and the Greek islands.

What is your top advice for your customers?
Use a company who will do the move themselves (like Nomad). Most removal companies in the UK do not go to Greece themselves, so they use a series of agents. We use our own team and vehicles the whole way door-to-door. Also make sure you are using a proper, registered removal company. Anyone can call themselves a "removal company", including general haulage firms. These people are often not properly trained in handling furniture and personal effects. Only ever use a BAR member.
