How did you start your business?
We started Midlands Moves after servicing and subcontracting to well established and long standing other Midlands based removals companies. Learning what they do right and wrong and taking away the best practices.
What makes your services standout?
We pride ourselves on delivering a 5 Star service. Every single one of our Google reviews is a 5 Star Review. A company has to try very hard to keep customers this happy! We have specialist experience and can draw on major manpower resources.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Do your "Due Diligence." Check removers insurances, read what other customers say about the company and don't be afraid to ask awkward questions. Preparation for the move day is key. Engage with the removers so it's a "Team Effort."
