We are a small company, based in the Llanelli/Swansea area of South Wales, in our infancy relative to some of the bigger firms, but in the more than 18 years that we've been running we've built a reputation for quality and value for money. Because our overheads are small, we can offer our customers very competitive prices and most of the time, our's will be the cheapest quote you''ll get. However that doesn't stop us offering a good honest service.

“Above and Beyond”
Julian and his team did a great job in testing circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to make sure that the house move was a lot smoother than the legal and financial side of the house sale and purchase. From the initial quote to the payment of the bill upon completion, we were kept informed of developments. They turned up when they said they would: took everything they quoted for, including garden tools and items that a more expensive quote from another company wouldn't include, and delivered everything safely to our new home. Very happy and would use them again.

Lovely hard working guys who did everything they could to get the job done. They were kind, polite and adaptable to get to the end goal. Couldn’t fault them. Especially since I was moving out of a first floor flat, so that meant everything hard to come down an external stairs.

All good except 2 things I noticed after they left , they cracked the mirror on the wardrobe and the washing machine is now leaking, Apart from that they was responsible priced.

Don't understand how our disconnecting the washing machine could make it leak ? As for the mirror, after talking with my guys they told me it was already cracked, after the customer had already taken the doors off it.

How did you start your business?
In June 1999 with literally a single van and on my own - Julian.
What makes your services standout?
I think the fact that being a small business i can give a personal touch from the initial contact via email or phone, through the entire process until the completion of the move. I am always happy to answer questions (and usually have the answer) and like to try to at least diminish the stress of moving for my customers, as best i can. Also, having a range of vehicle sizes i can tailor the vehicle to the individuals needs.
What is your top advice for your customers?
When seeking a quote, always try to be as accurate as possible in describing the items to be moved, the locations, types and access to the properties involved and this will result in an accurate quotation.
