“Shocking!!!”
Turned up late first day, didn't pack up everything in the house. Turned up late day of move, didn't provide hanging boxes as promised. Two vans one with massive rust holes in it. Third van arrived and they advised they couldn't fit it all in. They did but it was touch and go.. no contact from management after numerous calls. Didn't seem bothered that we had paid for a premium service which it definitely wasnt

What is your top advice for your customers?
Moving is rarely anything but stressful, so it's extremely important to choose a right removals company. Our best advise is to choose your removals company wisely, choosing a cheapest price offered could actually cost you more money and stress.
