“The stuff nightmares are made of”
They were constantly late (on day one, when they were supposed to finish up packing, and they didn't), and the following day, when the removal was completed. It took them almost 10 hours to complete the job on a 2 bed flat, and they also refused to pick up stuff from a storage facility, leaving us in a very difficult position. The guy in charge was rude, clearly annoyed and dug his heels throughout the whole process. They left bits and bobs behind and didn't even pick up their own material when they left. I have moved a few times over the last 10 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Just avoid.

“Good team, but a bit rushed”
We paid for packing and removals. The guys who carried out the move were cheerful and hardworking, but were pretty rough with some of our belongings. They ended up brutalising a few plants, smashing some glasses and damaging one or two pieces of fine china. More haste, less speed suggested.
“Overpriced and poor customer care”
Terrible experience... staff disapeared half way the move... leaving the other overstreched... broken things and scratched furniture... no use of bubble wrap and no attention to fragile things...on top of this customer care is non existent... you send an email to [email protected] and hope for the best! AVOID!

We're a family run business with humble beginnings. Over the years we have grown from one vehicle to a modern fleet and superb storage facilities.

Our removal service is based in Essex but offers a comprehensive choice from household, commercial, European and worldwide removals, packing, planning and self-storage.
