“Ok for small moves- chaos for more complicated”
Ellie was ok, but I ahd my doubts. She was really bad at estimating volume, and in the end we had to leave furniture as it was so late. They sub-contract to other owner drivers, they are not their own, one of whom had never driven for them before. Promised and paid for extra labor did not materialize. Overall if you're packing yourself, its a small move and are VERY sure of your volume and not needing ANY professional guidance- they may be ok.
