I think if they had a decent manager they would be better prepared. Hadn't been told I was going from house to 2nd floor flat. We thought they were going to bail on us. They came through and work late to get us into my flat.

The guys who moved us did a brilliant job but sadly it took over eight hours as there had been an under estimation of how much stuff we had. Sadly we had to leave some of our garden pots with a neighbour as there simply wasnt any room for them

The job was just for large furniture/ white goods that I couldn’t move myself. I had a video call prior to the quote to assess the job. I’m guessing the communication between the movers and the chap that books the jobs isn’t great. They didn’t seem aware that it was only across the road on road parking, due to a grass verge. Which I had shown out of the window on the video call. They were grumbling that it was a bigger job than they had been told. It was a 3 man job and there was only 2 of them. I think they were told it was a half day thing and so they just seemed annoyed from the get go. I had to ask them to take my dishwasher & tumble dryer. They kept saying it wasn’t on the list, although I had notified him of all the items on the call. My wardrobe was left out on the drive of the new place in the pouring rain. They seemed to have forgotten it was out there until I saw it and told them. I’m sorry to say that I personally wouldn’t go with them again.

The guys were early, did our job to an excellent standard, worked tirelessly to get the job done with no complaints and were friendly throughout!

Team were great they showed up on time & moved every last piece constructively including our piano.

Moved during the heatwave and the guys worked hard. Almost defeated trying to get the sofa in but they never gave up. They managed to get it in eventually. Glad I chose this company.

Fabian and his team are hardworking, professional and friendly. They helped move us on a long distance move in great time and for a very competitive price. They went above and beyond, dismantling a bed we had not had time to do and ensuring everything was safely packed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Good communications throughout trying time of Covid19, unable to move for 2 months. 3 guys led by Martin, all with PPE, on time, worked like Trojans. Would recommend.
