I cant praise this company enough ! From the 1st survey to finishing the project the highest professionalism was shown. There was a problem with locating pipes = Resolved. Problem with radiators = resolved These 2 teams worked tirelessly to complete this job that 4 other workmen not at this company, had attempted & failed. Cheerful, approachable and light hearted, it was a pleasure having them in my home.

The total experience was one of reassurance. From Mick turning up within an hour of our initial enquiry online to the standard of the work and how it was carried out, all top notch. The boiler is so quiet I have to keep asking the wife if it's on or not, amazing. The heat from the new radiator in the back bedroom is such a bonus after years of tepid indifference. The thermostat not having to be sat on the wall is a sheer delight. We gave up our house for three days and they treated it with such respect. Great bunch of lads. Thanks for a superb job well done.

Had a good felling right at start, got on well with Stuart who quoted for the job and could not be happier with the lads that came to do the install. was not the cheapest or dearest what clinched it for me was the fact that we had a good old chinwag and i did not feel like the wool was been pulled over my eyes. will see them every year for a service gladly. many thanks MR SIBSON

Mick and his team were in and out in 3 days with only 2 prior visits to measure and price up. The work they did was great and I trusted them enough to give them a set of keys. Mick is only ever a phone call away and out of 4 quotes, Northern Heatlink was the cheapest and one of the few to offer 0% finance (very easy to deal with). Highly recommended.

The company advised me of the type of system would be best for my requirements, which was a Vaillant Eco Fit Pure 830 Combi Boiler. The price was mid range, but I chose them as they seemed more professional than the cheaper quotes. The work was carried out as scheduled and completed by friendly competent heating engineers, who listened to my individual requests. I asked to prepay some servicing charges which they included. The boiler has a 10 year warranty so I am confident with a local company my boiler problems, if any, will be fixed quickly to the same standard as my installation. Would I recommend Northern Heatlink. Yes.

One of the best companies I have had the pleasure with dealing with. From the initial quotation to final installation the service was excellent. Dave and Jordan who completed the installation were superb engineers, attention to detail was faultless. The pipework was great and the site left spotless. Would recommend this company every time.
