the worker was punctual and helped me with my stuff even though it was a little difficult accessing where I was moving from. he waited for me at the destination as I checked in for the first time and overall, not really any complaints

It took two guys less than 2 hrs to move everything from a 1-bed flat on the 2nd floor to the ground floor of the destination house, excluding travel time, including a washing machine and mini fridge. They wrapped the bigger furniture/appliances in a protective cover which also had straps to help them carry it down the stairs and from the van. They helped fit the washing machine in place, and overlaid some carpet protecting mats so it won't get dirty as they walked around. I had most of the furniture disassembled which helped with the speed of the move, but they were still impressively efficient.
