guys arrived later in the morning with 2 large vans and 3 guys and were rather quick (around 3 hours for 3 bedroom flat) in getting stuff inside those vans without breaking anything. Getting stuff off the vans was much quicker and under one our everything was inside the house

Communication up to the date of our move was a bit hit and miss, but the people who came to do the job - packing, loading, driving and unloading were excellent. They knew what they were doing. We were happy to see that nothing was broken or missing. The people who drove our goods to the Netherlands completed the job on time despite the flat tyre which caused a 2-hour delay. Very dedicated crew!

Had good experience with Mr Richard while booking, he was kind enough to accept my target Price and then during the move with Mr Shoeb (customer service) and actual removal by Mr Ali and Mr Usman. Very hardworking team and appreciable commitment to contract though it appeared that they gave quite competitive quotation. We will not hesitate to hire them once again for their competitive price and commitment to honoring the contract.

Great communication and customer service from Richard prior to the move. The team were very accommodating, friendly and professional and really worked with us and around our needs. Very helpful getting furniture into the new house (with some pieces being quite tricky to get in) and worked hard to get everything off the truck and into the house on our first night.

Bravo worked very hard to accommodate us as the whole house sale/ completion was chaotic. The team arrived on time and worked well. However, we were disappointed when we returned to the storage unit after they left to see how haphazardly our items were stored. There was no order to it so its difficult to retrieve anything. We are still moving things around in the unit......... That said, we would use them again
