“Awesome”
I booked a move for 6am and received signed documents clearly stating 6am but the driver was told by the company to come at 7am. Not good enough. The move itself was hitch-free. The driver was really nice to me and even offered me a lift. The van was quite spacious and my items were transported safely "across the Severn". Recommended.

The people we dealt with weee absolutely outstanding the only one small thing is words used to rescued the move the word access was used and for us access means ease to the front door which we said was good there was no mention of stairs so when we talked on the move date it cost us an extra £1300 to get a local person to move us up the stairs and a smaller van was needed we did not realise that the truck we had was too big I would have appreciated them advising us more

Moving day didn't go to plan with time and keys.. not the moving companies problem. The moving men were fast and professional. All items moved safely except my washer dryer which had to be replaced due to significant damage- partial responsibility is mine as I did not fit the transport bolts... an additional cost which tainted an otherwise flawless experience.

Good emergency move, but they should have told us about storage but they did not tell us. we are still struggling with all our products due to a small flat.
