“Move to Norway”
Smart move was excellent with communication, customer service and the price was very fair. The guys who picked up my stuff was very professional, kind and helpful! But the guy from DHL who delivered my boxes was very rude and acted in unprofessional way, he didn’t deliver to my apartment door as requested and agreed with the moving company. He left my10 big boxes in the hallway and blocked the way for other residents who lived here. My boxes was also Squished! Otherwise London Smart Move was excellent and I would use them again in future and I hope they chase the guy from DHL for bad delivery.

Good price for a great service; the move went very smoothly. In particular I really appreciated: * They provided boxes, tape, bubble wrap, paper… and delivered it to my place a few days before the move * The quote was for the entire move, not an hourly rate, so no risk of being overcharged * Content is insured * They didn't try to push the pricier options on me, and recommended a single mover * Really reasonable price for the professionalism and quality of service provided * Good service on the move day. Nice person who was careful with my furniture and friendly. All in all, just positive feedback from me!
