Removal was later than planned due to a previous client saying that they had already got the keys to a property, which they hadn't. This resulted in me moving at9pm on a Saturday night. However, customer service kept me informed throughout of the progress. I was given the choice to decide whether to go ahead with the move on Saturday night or postpone until Sunday. I chose to go ahead with Saturday night. The removal men were very good and did their job efficiently and as quickly as possible.

The 2 team members were great. Very friendly and efficient considering the hot weather. They dismantled and reassembled all items in the exact location as we needed it.

The actual move was great and very straight forward. The only blip was that their estimator said packing materials were included but they weren't and we incurred extra costs as a result.
