European Moving

I would completely recommend this company, I had three moves in total at different times over a period of six months, all different drivers and although they speak little English please don’t let that put you off, they are very experienced at what they do and actually willing to go that extra mile at both ends of the move. Fatima, in the main office was so kind and reassuring to me, it’s a big thing moving especially a women on my own but she was with me every step of the way... for which I cant thank her enough. Fatima is an absolute credit to the company. Thank you to all involved and my very best wishes to you all.

All good while there is no problems however if there is one you will have to deal with it on your own. I hired 2 trucks and paid extra for them to complete some furniture dismantling. On the moving day two guys came from 2 different companies alledgidly not knowing anything about me paying extra so they rejected to do it and stayed in the truck for 5h waiting for instructions from their boss in Poland. European Moving did nothing to help and I ended up having to speak with this company in Poland and tell them I would pay the drivers again what I already paid European Moving and then ask for a refund which 2.5 months after I am still waiting for. Finally got it sorted but having to do all that on the phone from another country is pretty tough. You need friends in both ends of the moving or you will be screwed

An European Moving representative assisted me from beginning until I received the boxes at destination (from UK to Italy). Everything went as expected, and I suggest to read carfefully the contract to avoid misunderstanding, as other users wrote in their review. In order to save money, European Moving proposed me a Man & Van with a 3 days window for collection and flexible time for collection and delivery. Also, it is agreed that the customer help the driver to uplaod and download the Van. This was clear since the beginning, and in exchange I got a very convenient fare.

Very good, movers and arranging staff seemed to know their jobs well. I had lots of queries and it was easy to communicate with people. The cost was high, but this was mainly my fault because I found it hard to estimate how much space my load would take up, so I ended up paying for more space than I needed.
