“Poor service”
I rarely make negative comments however I have had a very bad experience from this company. They contributed to my family having a very stressful house move. Firstly they increased the price from the original quote. Despite agreeing what contents was to be moved prior to this date, there was no boxed items on the manifest. (Who moves home without boxed items) when we complained they were in denial boxed items were included in the price. They said they would phone back with a solution but never did. The vehicle that turned up 3 hours late was not big enough. Granted the removal guys did their best on the day. We had to ask friends and family to store our boxes of items at very short notice. Our items were scattered to the four winds! I have not moved home for 30 years obviously inexperienced, so took them at their word My advice, is avoid them like the plague!
