Excellent service. Chloe in the office was very helpful and provided all the information I needed right from the start. I moved a few items of furniture and many breakable ornaments. Everything went extremely well and all my belongings arrived intact and in the timeline agreed. Very reasonable price. Certainly the best I found. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if I need to.

They are a terrible company- they took 22 days to deliver when we were quoted 7-14, we had to chase them constantly. We had no idea where our belongings were or even what state they were in and we had to pay before receiving them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Everything went very smoothly with no hassles. Picked our belongings up from a storage unit and delivered them to us in the French alps. Everyone involved from the office to the removal man was helpful and efficient. Thank you

From start to finish a brillant experiences. Great customer Service and everything delivered on time

Dealing with Julie in their office was pleasant and easy. In general the move was carried out on time but unfortunately one box went missing. I put this down to boxes not being marked at all as part of a particular delivery. Another issue was that boxes were badly packed and some were crushed, resulting in a wooden stool being split in two. I guess you have to be philosophical about these things.

Everything went smoothly for me. I saw some negative reviews so i was a bit nervous but Chloe was always very nice and helpful with her quick responses. The stuff was collected on time. The drop off was a week late but this was not an issue for me and i knew, from previous reviews, that this was likely to happen. The boxes, at arrival, were EXACTLY as i have left them at pick up. Nothing broken, squashed nor mishandled! The only “issue” is that i repeatedly asked to be warned at least 24hrs before drop off to make sure i was there but, instead, they just turned up with no notice…

Came-Ro were very easy to reach - whenever I had any questions I could call or mail and would receive a prompt answer. They also were best on price and incredibly flexible with the date, letting me choose the exact date in the first place and then being perfectly happy with last minute changes when I needed an earlier delivery date. They delivered the needed boxes straight to my door on a day of choice and picked everything up from there on a later date as well. Overall the move ended up much less stressful than expected. Can only recommend!

Julie is fantastic and took care of everything. The only problem we had was when we contacted the driver, he should not be allowed to talk to customers. Overall the service was good.
