Would not recommend as the customer service team does not have any control on the transport team. They asked me to deliver my belongs on a Thursday 18th Aug. I was extremely busy so I asked if I can have the delivery on the 19th which is a Friday. They told me either the 18th Aug or the 5th of Sept and I have to pay for the extra storage fee. When I talked to the team what she told me is she cannot see the calendar of the transport team and she have zero control on the transport team. I paid around 1200 GBP and I did all the packing by myself. The reason I wanted a moving company is I assumed that I can have a better idea on the schedule. But apparently not for GMS. If I knew this was the case, I could just use DHL, which will be much cheaper.

Very clear communication from the centre and delivery people both in UK and Spain were very professional. Everything delivered intact, nothing damaged. Clear instructions provided for us to pack up and label boxes.

Total moving time took nearly a month. Broke 2 plates in transit and one storage box.

From customer services to ops manager to removal operatives (!)- all polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again

Reasonable fee, very helpful and professional. We moved to Spain and our furniture had to go into storage. Everything went smoothly with no problems and everything arrived safely when requested.
