Cos Freight

Cos Freight were a pleasure to deal with. A team of three packed up our entire house from top to bottom and all three were very attentive and wrapped everything superbly. We did not have one breakage during transit from UK to USA. Zayn, who was my point of contact kept me informed throughout the process and all timelines were met to perfection. Once goods arrived in the US I was handed to a partner company, International Movers based in the US, and once again they were faultless. In a nutshell I would have no problem recommending Cos Freight and Zayn was a fantastic point of contact that was available throughout the move. Ten out of ten experience!!

Unbelievably good. The most professional and quality move I’ve ever had. Prompt, and moved everything with extreme care.

Everything was going well in the beginning as the removal men were very fast and efficient so I thought that was a good thing but I found out later that they had just put everything willy nilly into any box not labeled it so when it came to trying to find certain items it was a nightmare! They also stacked things badly and didn't wrap fragile items at all! It's fair to say I won't be using or recommending them any time soon.

After 26 years at the same address we were amazed at how much we had accumulated but the COS team took it all in their stride and set to filling the 4 vehicles required with gusto. Stair and living room carpets were cling-filmed to protect them, something that I had not seen before. All the furniture was well boxed, shrink wrapped and packed with care and although to date we have only unpacked about half of our gear there appears to be very little damage even our forrest of plants seem to have made the 530 mile trip unscathed. Can't rate these guys highly enough, they appeared for the pickup and the delivery of our belongings at the stated times and were quick and efficient throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending these chaps to anyone.

This was great value for a business move and Alex and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient and cheerful - the whole move was done in half a day! Would absolutely recommend Cos Freight and will use them again.
