Utterly appalling move with the company from hell!!! They have broken a table lamp and damaged and a speaker and after 3 weeks from complaining still no answer about my claim. 4 vans were on the quote and only 3 turned up so 1 van had to be uploaded before having to go back to get the last load! Held me to ransom regarding payment even after agreeing for payment to be made after completion but due to an error with my solicitor I couldn't pay until after 5pm and in the meantime the 3 vans were just sitting outside my new house doing nothing until they had their money in full so the whole move took from start to finish over 13 hours!!! Due to their slow attempts at the removal job my wife and myself ended up shifting as much as the men even though we had paid for a full service. Upon finally unloading the van only 1 bed was assembled leaving me to do the rest as well as a dining table that was also taken apart but no attempt to put back together. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

All staff were friendly, helpful and professional and took the stress our of our move.

Stefan and his partner worked incredibly hard and took great care of our things. We were very impressed.
