Craig of Movesmart responded to my request the same day, a Sunday evening, and everything rolled from there. His packers were great and unfazed by a large quantity of books, which they treated with respect. The team were very tolerant of some last-minute decision-making by me, within a reasonably defined brief. Craig project-managed by packing and loading in advance so on the day of the move they left Galashiels at 10.15 and were in London and had unloaded two vans by 20.30. I was unable to supervise the delivery but felt confident enough to let a trusted friend do this. She was also impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of Craig and his team. Brilliant.
