“Totally Avoid”
Avoid this company, no timely communication, no payment receipt, no invoice, no response and make the total thing very stressful. Play around with the quote amount The 2 people managed the move were good
“Friendly and pontual”
When I used the website Getamover, Cornerstone were the first company to contact me and since then all the process was smooth. Everybody friendly and polite. No issues at all.
“Awful, avoid”
Paid for separate day packer but didn’t get it. Move greatly delayed because of this despite assurances it wouldn’t be. Had to help the removal people (seemingly outsourced) unload their van at the other end so they could get out of there by 11pm. Immediately noticed missing drawers worth £250. Since noticed further missing items worth hundreds more. No response from Cornerstone either by phone or e-mail. We are being completely ignored. Hugely stressful and costly. Avoid at all costs.
