“Moving Good Value”
Started off by Zayn working with me to give me the best quote. Sent 3 guys to do the job and they were great. Got moved in on before 3pm which was ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend speaking with Zayn if you need to move.
“Don't use it.”
This company ranks among the worst I've encountered. Despite having received a seemingly favorable quote for my move within the UK, I was blindsided by undisclosed conditions buried in the terms and conditions. The office then contacted me in a disrespectful manner, demanding additional payment under the threat of refusing to deliver my furniture to the new house. Upon reluctantly complying with the office manager's demands, I was further confronted with a request for overtime payment, a factor not included in the initial quotation. In response to my objection, the manager responded rudely, stating, "Either you pay, or you won't have your furniture." Unfortunately, involving the police proved unfeasible, and their suggestion was to settle the matter in court—an impractical solution. In the end, I succumbed to the company's extortion tactics. This experience has left me with a complete lack of trust in the company, and I strongly discourage others from considering their services.

Dear Ayman, thank you for your feedback, however it would make sense to advise as to why the situation occurred. Your quotation was based on a 'owner packed' service. Upon arriving to the home nothing had been packed at all. Under 'optional services' in your booking confirmation it states the charge for packing services if required on the day, and you authorised our team to pack. A total of 60 boxes were packed on the day. Upon requesting payment prior unloading you refused to pay and we were not able to unload until balances were settled. Team arrived to your home at 15:45 and you threatened police action until 6pm. We advised we would need to return to the warehouse due to the time, you then blocked our vehicles with your car, as to why we had to call the police. As goodwill we still offered to complete the delivery same day as long as balances were paid along with overtime. Had you paid for additional services you received there would have been no issue.

I absolutely loved the team. They were super friendly throughout a long day. I rated them 5* until I started unpacking and found poor or no wrapping in some boxes. A few items were consequently damaged but largely everything was okay. It was a huge move from a large house so it couldn't all be perfect
“Honest, reliable and punctual”
The crews arrived on time, loaded the vans and on our way after around two hours. Everything arrived at destination intact with no damage. We found them to be honest, reliable and punctual. Amir in particular, was in touch throughout the whole process, which we greatly appreciated. Although we would have preferred to have one lorry rather than three smaller trucks, they all left at the same time and arrived together too. We are nevertheless happy to recommend Lockwells removals.

What is your top advice for your customers?
Always plan your move in advance and obtain 3 individual quotes to give you a cross section of quotes. Feel free to take as long as you need to discuss a move with your Coordinator. A good Coordinator will take their time with you to walk you through the process and ensure you are clear with all the steps and what you can expect on the day.
