Their communications were excellent by e-mail and phone. Responded quickly to questions. Half day job, I was informed how they were getting on. The small removal was conducted with the minimum of fuss and was delivered in good time. I paid immediately the job was completed. The only slight negative that I haven’t received the receipt that was mentioned.
