“Impressive customer service”
It was my first time visiting London and moving on my own. I was quite curious about how things worked. Fortunately, Harry from the Anq team took the time to address all of my inquiries. I chose Anq movers because of the manner he answered my questions and explained things to me. In the future, if I ever require moving assistance, I will return to Anq company for the service.

“An absolutely terrible service”
Absolutely shocking. AnQ failed to deliver even the most basic service - to deliver my goods ‘undamaged’ in the same condition as they were before they left. Several items of expensive furniture were either broken or damaged - including a very expensive mirror. When I advised AnQ of this, I was told I could get a cheaper and better one from Amazon for under £30! The original mirror came from Heals on Tottenham Court Road. This was not the only item of my furniture damaged. I have tried to pursue an insurance claim through AnQ for the damage but they haven’t sent me the information as requested or details of their complaints policy. It has been an absolute nightmare … leaving me feeling completely traumatised and very stressed that I cannot get any satisfaction from AnQ, their failure to acknowledge my concerns or compensate me for my losses. In all honesty I can not recommend AnQ. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a zero star rating as the technology doesn’t allow for this.

A rapturous customer centric approach by understanding the needs of customers amalgamated with quality and reasonable price for making moving easy rather stressful in one’s life. Our valiant belief in providing such customer delight formed a base of our company and we strive hard everyday to determine that vision.
