The men doing the move, although being booked for 9am texted me at 6am asking if I was ready to start early. Then again they prompted me at 8.30 The men were smelling dirty and they were noticeably unfit, they smoked cigarettes. They were asking me personal questions, while all I wanted them to do is get in with the move and show some professionalism. On several occasions I was told to move something. Then the move went on for longer than anticipated, the movers insisted that I pay the outstanding amount with cash, although I offered to transfer the money. They drove me around the area looking for a working cash machine, then I was told to hurry up when on my way to get the money. I am sure the move would have gone according to the schedule had the movers been fit enough. I am disappointed with the way I have been treated and the lack of professional attitude.
