The move was great and very stress free. The van arrived on time and sent me a message when they were 30 min away. The only issue is that we had not been told they would be making two further pick-ups before dropping our stuff off at our new house. This meant our stuff was picked up at 9am, but not dropped off until 4pm. This made our day incredibly long. While the movers were very efficient and friendly, this is something I wished had been communicated in advance so that we could have planned our day better.

They were expert and quick

Despite a bit of a walk from the van to the house, which added on significantly time, the guys stayed till the job was done. Until 7pm! Absolute saints, and so gracious about it. Highly recommend

Removal service was good and nothing to complain …but asked for fitting quote and was given , when fitting they didn’t use any metal deductor on the wall to check the water flow pipe and damaged the wall no consideration or apologies and have to call the emergency lumber to sort the issue !! When asked they Said it’s not their responsibility!!!!! But taking money was their first criteria .

Delighted with the whole procedure, thank you. Collection was easy, a few issues with the delivery but all overcome in a kindly manner. Thank you.

Really good work from the guys - long day shifting lots of items including 3 trips back and forth

We asked for this removal at very short notice and they were able fix us up. Worked hard to move our stuff. Few scrapes on dining room furniture but no breakages. Very polite and helpful.

Good fair price, was on time

We used Craig Removals (Kidderminster) twice in 6 days in August '22 - 1) a transportation of c. 50 storage boxes to a self-storage facility & 2) a removal from a 2-bed family home to our new property. Planning ahead of time was easy via telephone & email correspondence with Elena who was responsive and always helpful. On the moving days the team turned up spot on time (well, 5 mins early!) at 7am as agreed. The team were courteous, swift, treated our possessions with care and were especially careful not to damage walls at either property. Our removal took less than 90 minutes from beginning to end! Craigs Removals are highly recommended by me & I would not hesitate to use them again.
