Red Lion Removals helped us out enormously for our move from Cwmbran to Haverfordwest when our original movers let us down just over a week before we moved. We selected the full packing and move service, they were tremendous. Everything was well wrapped and protected with no damage to any of our possessions. First class service and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

“Damaged Items+Poor Customer Service+Delayed Claim”
My items were damaged and I am currently processing an insurance claim that is being delayed by the removal company. Communication with after-removal customer service is unprofessional on so many levels and I would not repeat that experience again or recommend it to anyone else.

“Move from storage to new home.”
Bad start as the ‘boss’ sent them to the wrong storage area, but once we’d connected, they got on with the job quickly and carefully. They had a padded cover for the front door, and paid attention to instructions for where to place furniture and boxes. No deconstruction or reconstruction of beds, etc was required. The whole job was completed within four and a half hours as it was local - 7 miles between storage and house.

We started out just like a dream. A twinkle in our founders’ eyes. We are a family owned business and what brought us here is our desire to create a moving company that actually kept its word and delivered amazing customer experience. A moving company dedicated to making a difference in the lives of its customers, team members, and the community. A moving company that won’t stop moving until you are happy.
What makes your services standout?
Red Lion Removals is a fully licensed and insured moving company based in Cardiff, Wales. As a Removal Company, we also offer full packing services, boxes & materials, dismantling and assembling services, labour only loading & unloading services, as well as furniture disposal. In addition to Cardiff, we also serve the entire South Wales area and offer exclusive long-distance moves to any destination in the U.K. and E.U.

We concentrate our time and talent on providing excellent value and service to every one of our customers. You can rest assured that all our Red Lion movers are professionally trained to the highest of standards and that our modern fleet of vehicles are also fitted with the very latest in satellite tracking system.
