Britmove

Never a fan of moving, and I always worry the removal companies will be unreliable (has happened in the past). However, Britmove from start to finish were excellent. Their customer support team were really helpful and even matched the price from another company I got a quote from. The movers on the day were brilliant, and I couldn’t praise them enough. They were very careful in both properties, not leaving and marks on walls etc (it was a narrow town house). They took a couple of hours from start to finish, and worked very hard. Also, they did a great job with the reassembly of furniture. Very pleased I went with them, and I would definitely recommend them.

This was a very large move (4000 cu ft). Britmove performed it with an efficient rhythm. A team of 8 were mobilised who worked in a synchronised and cheerful fashion. The old address was emptied quickly and on time, the new one was filled in equal time. The team were all very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Subject of a current complaint centred on the attitude of one of their staff who completely lacked a customer service attitude. This is reflected in my marks above.

The removers were on time. They were courteous and careful with my belongings. I would certainly recommend Britmove to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble.

Three movers arrived at 8am and had packed everything without problems, very quickly and efficiently. Our move was a little complicated due to an extra storage unit pick-up, but this was no problem. They used blankets and boxes and everything arrived safe and sound. Thank you!
