They had to do the job twice because they left half of the items on the inventory in the flat. Still trying to get the keys back. Not impressed!

They don’t make all of the additional fees very obvious and I had to have a call just to clarify all of the extra costs, and on the day, the truck arrived 4 hours late - which was not their fault, I concede, but when I tried to cancel due to the massive delay because I had found someone locally who could help me at that time, they wanted to charge me the full cancellation fee - I understand it was in the contract, but in the situation, I think some common sense would have been appreciated. The movers were great and got everything packed quickly ( not that there was much left by the time they had arrived as I moved most of it in multiple car trips) and I really felt bad that there was so little for them to do by the time they arrive, but it was expensive for the little time we had them. I doubt I’ll be using them again - Next time I’ll be using a company that provides a flat fee

After being stung in the past by a different moving company I was a little wary when it come to choosing one again.. But I would use this company again without a doubt great value for money and lovely friendly staff. Great job, thank you

The most horrible experience I ever had. I have moved around quiet a bit so I use to. Which this time wasn’t too much different, I ask quotes, got many of them, I choose the one suits most. But unfortunately this company promotes £24ish per half an hour. Which strangely, the wedsite request my card details and a payment was made. Arriving to the day I was meant to move, as I was waiting for the van and men’s to carrier. About 1 hour before my schedule, I received email and a phone call from this company telling me I had cancelled the van. Which supposedly I cancelled this during my sleep, which I did not, they claimed having an email from myself cancelling this reservation made so many days in advance. I tried to have this van fit same day, but apparently was impossible. Van cans following day, they were late, for couple times, I found my crockery and glass broken. they charge 7x £24ish. Super expensive! Service is poor! Customer service to call back customers bad

Dear Sandro, Thank you for your feedback. As advised by the team, an email was received confirming cancellation of your move. An online cancellation can only be made using the unique cancellation link emailed to you within the calendar invitation at the time of scheduling your move. A copy of this evidence has been emailed to you. Your move was promptly rescheduled for the following day and the last minute scheduling fee was waived. The GO...Premium upgrade that you had selected upon scheduling your original move was also honoured at no additional charge. The team arrived after 15:00 as per your request and the move was completed within 1 hour the following day. This would mean 2 x £24.99 not 7 as incorrectly stated above. Customers must provide detailed notice in writing of any loss/damage within 7 days of delivery. Our team have tried to contact you regarding your unpaid invoice and no such claims have been brought to us as yet We hope this information helps National Moves

We started as a commercial moving company for both office and warehouse based business in London to all over the U.K. We expanded & started offering our services to residential customers alongside Cleaning, Rubbish Clearance, Furniture Cranes, Vehicle Transportations & Courier services to offer a complete moving service.

What makes your services standout?

Flexibility - We have both flexible & fixed rate quotations depending on your requirements. We operate 24/7 with free rescheduling anytime up to 48 hours before your service date. Quality of service - Our teams go the extra mile to ensure that the service provided exceeds the customer expectations like making efficiency suggestions. We hire the best - All of our removal teams have a minimum combined experience of 5 years, this way we can guarantee moves our completed to our required standard.

What is your top advice for your customers?

Preparation is key - Ensure moving deadlines are met & reduce the stress & pressure on the day. We incentivise our customers to prepare ahead of time by offering 50% of packing materials and reduced rate services for cleaning or restoring the property back to its original standard. Using the correct materials to protect your items from damage or to uphold their protection by insurance companies is advised. If the items worth keeping & moving then it's worth protecting!
