“A Long Day”
I was not happy with the way they charged. I had to pay two upfront amounts and the final cost was almost 3 times the original estimate. Some damage to one of the beds The loading went well but was crammed in to one van and had to use our own vehicle to spread the load. The boys were very polite and always respectful of our directions. The back shutter of the van got stuck with overloading when we arrived, but otherwise went very well.
“Criminal”
We were extorted by this company. They refused to offload our belongings on the day of our move despite completing before 4pm. They took all of our belongings to a secure lock up and failed to give us any information as to why until 19:30. We completed on Friday and they said they might get back to us late on Sunday or Monday. We have a three year old and an 11 month old baby. When we told them this wasn’t good enough they charged us £1,700 to deliver our belongings on Saturday. Despite this they didn’t offer the full service we had paid for. In total we paid close to £6,000 for a very local straightforward move. This company are a disgrace. DO NOT USE.

Belongings stored overnight unplanned due to lack of drivers and under estimation of vans and drivers Unable to contact customer services and incorrect information supplied when contact was made

They had to do the job twice because they left half of the items on the inventory in the flat. Still trying to get the keys back. Not impressed!

We started as a commercial moving company for both office and warehouse based business in London to all over the U.K. We expanded & started offering our services to residential customers alongside Cleaning, Rubbish Clearance, Furniture Cranes, Vehicle Transportations & Courier services to offer a complete moving service.

Quality of service - Our teams go the extra mile to ensure that the service provided exceeds the customer expectations like making efficiency suggestions. We hire the best - All of our removal teams have a minimum combined experience of 5 years, this way we can guarantee moves our completed to our required standard.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Preparation is key - Ensure moving deadlines are met & reduce the stress & pressure on the day. We incentivise our customers to prepare ahead of time by offering 50% of packing materials and reduced rate services for cleaning or restoring the property back to its original standard. Using the correct materials to protect your items from damage or to uphold their protection by insurance companies is advised. If the items worth keeping & moving then it's worth protecting!
