Cornerstone Removals

Packing and loading wasn't completed until 7pm (not 1pm as advertised). One of the packers disappeared at 10am. Loaders didn't show up until late afternoon (not by 10am as advertised). We ended up packing around a third of our contents ourselves so that the job was even completed that day. There were long periods throughout the day when nothing happened while the packer took 1hour+ breaks and after the sale of our flat was completed (at 1pm) most of our belongings were still not boxed or loaded. When they did start to get loaded, our boxes and valuables were left unattended in a public hallway for long stretches over the course of the afternoon. Since the move Cornerstone have not been forthcoming with information about our complaint and we are still waiting to hear about any kind of refund. All in all we found the day extremely hard work and stressful, the opposite of what we had set out to experience when paying for such a service.

Everything was seamless from start to finish. From the information provided by members of the customer service to the team that showed up on the day! They took really helped minimise the stress!

The crew arrived perfectly on time. They got to work straight away and managed the move with no damage and good humour, despite having to move solid wood furniture up 3 flights of stairs!

All good but as I was unable to complete this was sad as they just had to remove and out everything back . I was just left with a bill to try and recover the cost
