Excellent guys who worked very hard despite the heat - carried all my stuff via stairs to my flat on the second floor. Sadly the van was on the smallish side so had to make 2 trips of a 100 miles each way, which increased my removal costs - but was happy to give a local firm the business.

Due to a number of assumptions which turned out to be incorrect the company could not move me on the arranged day. This didn’t come to light until the day before when I rang just to check everything. To be fair (and the reason I have rated them ‘Good’) they put me in touch with an alternative service which proved to be efficient and cheaper due to the type of move. The lesson learnt by both sides was to check all assumptions before committing.

Despite mechanical problems for his own lorry, Dave arranged for an alternative van and men, they were very accommodating and helpful throughout the move.

Super fast quote given with good customer service at a great price. Sadly cancelled on us a couple of days before the move therefore we ended up having to book an alternative as a premium price.
